Our passion lies with mission-based organizations. Most of our team members are former nonprofit pros and have a heart for the work and industry. Our energy comes from supporting the organizations that support the common good.

Think of us like your marketing department—without the overhead needed for an internal team. Our team of 3-4 is typically provides marketing support to your organization at a similar cost as having an internal marketing position.

Yes! We provide support for a variety of one-off projects. Whether it is media buying, promotional strategy for an upcoming fundraising event, or a long term project such as a capital campaign, we can jump in.

We provide marketing support based on a monthly hour allotment determined at the start of our work together. We track hours and provide a usage report with each month’s invoice. We will reevaluate the hour allotment every six months to determine if more or less hours are needed.

We ask for our fractional clients to plan for two meetings per month. The first is a 30-minute production meeting that we call our “to do list” meeting as it is simply meant to keep projects on track. The second meeting is a 1-hour strategy meeting where we dive into upcoming projects such as summer camp promotions, year-end fundraising, member recruitment, etc.
